Apple Pie with the Crust

1 Gallon Apple Cider
1⁄2 Gallon Apple Juice
3 Cups Sugar
8 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Fifth Everclear
Combine apple cider, apple juice and sugar in large uncovered pot and bring to a boil, (stir sugar until it dissolves).
Lower heat to simmer and add cinnamon sticks, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes
Remove cinnamon sticks and allow to cool.
Add Everclear.
Bottle. Approximately 6 quarts.
